How to come to Meløya?
• By car northbound: From E6, take RV 17 from Mo i Rana to Ørnes where you take the ferry to Meløya (Meløysund). From Mo i Rana you should expect 4 hours drive to Ørnes. You could eventually exit from E6 further south, for instance at Mosjøen and following the coastal highway with the numbers RV 78 and then RV 17.

• By car southbound: From Løding just east of Bodø, follow RV 17 to Ørnes where you take the ferry to Meløya (Meløysund). Expect 2 hours drive from Bodø to Ørnes.

• Ferry from Ørnes to Meløya (Meløysund): The ferry takes around 45 minutes.

• By speed boat from Bodø: The speedboat use around 1,5 hour to Ørnes. In addition you have the ferry time from Ørnes to Meløya.

From the ferry at Meløysund, Ann’s Hytteutleie is situated 15 minutes drive westbound. We could pick you up at the ferry if you should need so. As a daytrip, you could also benefit from the many speed boats going to other small islands in the surrounding area. |
